Clomiphene Citrate

Clomiphene citrate is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that contains both the enclomiphene and zuclomiphene isomers. By antagonizing estrogen receptors at the pituitary it increases LH and FSH, raising the body's own testosterone production. It is FDA-approved for ovulation induction in women and is used off-label in men for hypogonadism, often when preserving fertility is a goal.
