Dulaglutide

Dulaglutide is a once-weekly GLP-1 receptor agonist in which the GLP-1 analog is fused to a modified antibody fragment to extend its half-life. It enhances glucose-dependent insulin secretion, slows gastric emptying, and modestly reduces appetite. It is an established incretin therapy primarily positioned around glycemic control.
