Growth Hormone Secretagogues
Hexarelin
Also known as Examorelin · EP-23905 · His-D-2-methyl-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2
Hexarelin (examorelin) is a synthetic hexapeptide growth hormone-releasing peptide structurally related to GHRP-6, acting on ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptors at the pituitary and hypothalamic levels to release growth hormone. In human studies it also produces slight stimulation of prolactin, ACTH, and cortisol, and it has been investigated for direct cardiovascular receptor effects independent of growth hormone. It is not an approved drug.
