Thymalin

Thymalin is a peptide complex extracted from the thymus of calves, developed in the former Soviet Union and used in Russia since the early 1980s as an immune bioregulator. It is studied for restoring T-cell balance, modulating inflammation, and influencing hematopoietic stem cell differentiation. Most of its clinical evidence comes from Russian and Eastern European literature and has not been replicated in large Western randomized controlled trials.
