What to include in a request

The email address on your Peptalk account, so we can locate it.
The specific right or matter — for example, access, export, correction, deletion, or a security report.
Enough detail to act, but do not include health details you don't need to share; we will follow up securely if more is required.

For many requests you do not need to email us at all — see Your Data Rights for the in-app tools to export your data, manage clinic access, and request account deletion.
