Terms of Service

Last updated June 22, 2026. This document is a template provided for product transparency. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel before production use.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Peptalk, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Not medical advice

Peptalk is a software platform for organizing wellness protocols and supporting clinician review. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, cure, prescribe, dispense, or provide medical advice, and it is not a pharmacy or e-prescribing service.

Using Peptalk does not create a doctor–patient relationship with Peptalk. Peptalk is for educational and record-keeping use. All clinical decisions must be made with your licensed healthcare provider. Do not start, stop, or change any medication, peptide, supplement, hormone, or therapy based solely on information shown in Peptalk.

Peptalk is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Peptalk for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
  • access or attempt to access data belonging to other patients or to clinics you have no relationship with;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform, or breach its security or authentication controls;
  • upload content you do not have the right to share, or impersonate another person;
  • interfere with or disrupt the platform's integrity or performance.

4. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Peptalk.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. The clinic-relationship model

You own your record at the platform level. Clinics are granted scoped access through a relationship you control, and they see only the sharing scopes you enable for them. You can revoke a clinic's access at any time; revocation cuts that access immediately.

Peptalk does not provide care and is not a party to the relationship between you and any clinic or provider. Clinics and providers are independent and solely responsible for the care they deliver. Revoking access does not change your medical care directly — speak with your current provider before discontinuing any therapy. See Your Data Rights for how revocation works.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Peptalk is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptalk and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any clinical decision made by you or your provider. This is a template placeholder — the final limitation of liability and indemnification terms must be set by counsel.

7. Termination

You may stop using Peptalk and request account deletion at any time (see Your Data Rights). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the platform and its users. Clinics may be legally required to retain copies of medical records they hold after your account is closed.

8. Governing law

[Placeholder — governing law and venue to be set by counsel, e.g. the State of ____.] Any dispute-resolution, arbitration, and venue terms must be finalized before production use.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
